We ask that you RSVP no later than December 31st. You can RSVP through this website by clicking the RSVP button on the top right hand corner of this page!

We will only be able to accommodate guests formally invited in the wedding invitation. Please check the invitation text sent by Tom or Nana. Thank you for understanding!
What is the dress code?
We’d love for our family and friends to dress up with us for the big day! The dress code is formal—think maxi or midi dresses, or a suit and tie. We'll be outside on grass for the ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting), so please keep in mind that April temperatures in Maidstone can range from 6 – 22°C.
When should I arrive?
We are welcoming guests onto the venue from 1.30 pm. Please arrive no later than 1.45 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm.

Please organise your own transportation to and from the venue. Arrival time is 1.30 pm and the event will finish at midnight. We recommend that you pre-book any taxis required, local companies are listed on the travel page.
Is there parking?
The venue provides free parking to our guests. Cars can be left at the venue overnight and must be collected by 10am the following day.
Is there gift list?
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon. We will provide details on how to do this after the RSVP date.
I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, will the caterer be able to accommodate me?
Yes absolutely. Please include the details of your allergy/ dietary restrictions when RSVPing and we will pass this onto the catering team.
What is a wedding breakfast?
The wedding breakfast is the first meal shared by the newlyweds and their guests after the ceremony. You’ll be able to choose from a selection of meal options. We’ll be in touch in January to collect your preferences. You’ll be asked for your dinner choices in the New Year - stay tuned!
When is the event over?
The event will be over at midnight. Please pre-book any taxis that you require, you can find the numbers of local firms in the travel section of this website.
Will we be outside?
The wedding ceremony and cocktail reception will (hopefully) be outdoors. However in the event the British spring shows its true colors, we have a beautiful indoor space as an option too. Temperatures in Maidstone range from 6 - 22°C in April, so if it looks like it's going to be chilly please bring a coat.
Will there be an open bar?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided throughout the cocktail reception and wedding breakfast. Once the DJ starts playing in the evening drinks are on you!

Yes! We'd love for you capture as many memories from the day as possible. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them on this occasion.
